Mama Mia! Steamed Cod with Red Cabbage Hemp Slaw
I talk with my hands so much, I should be Italian. When I move my hands, I’m speaking from my heart, or at least I like to think that…
I remember when I first began to introduce new foods to my diet. I would eat, flare and repeat for years, but as time passed I began to pinpoint the food triggers that were in my diet.
At the time I would keep a log of what I ate, what cannabis strains I had, to method of ingestion and record how I felt.
I can’t stress enough keeping a food and cannabis log. Once you find out your triggers you can then easily remove and replace them.
Today I’m sharing a wild caught Cod recipe that I eat regularly and is full of good fatty acids, digestive enzymes, and vitamins that promote gut health.
Panther Tip: When buying fish, always go for wild caught, never farm raised. Also opt for fresh over frozen because who really knows how long that fresh frozen fish has been frozen?
