The Recipe
Today Chef Jazz is making a simple snap pea recipe that is a great accompaniment to our Miso roasted Salmon and Miso Soup. This dish pairs great with strains like White Widow or a great Chilled Sake.
To preserve the integrity of the cannabis we infused our sesame oil and tossed the Snap Peas with the oil towards the end.
Cannabis is optional, but our recipes are designed to compliment the different profiles of cannabis.

Since then Green Panther Chef has expanded their portfolio to include: Culinary CBD products, Wellness Consulting and Educational Cooking Classes.
